EXCHANGE POLICY
- We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.
- We accept exchanges on items purchased only within 2 days after the delivery of the product(s).
- Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition with all original packaging to qualify.
- For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer exchange on goods that have been opened or used.
- Products on SALE or with a special discount applied cannot be exchange.
- Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.
- If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
REFUND POLICY
Unhappy with your purchase? If you will need a refund on your product, please review the information below:
- We are happy to offer a full refund service only in case the product(s) is defective and we were notified within 2 days after the delivery of the product(s).
- Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase or with store credit.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.
CANCELLATION
Once orders have been processed through our website to the shipping company, we are unable to cancel orders. If you’re unhappy with it you can request a refund or exchange the product for another following our terms and conditions mentioned above.
